Client Support Specialist

We are currently hiring for an Client Support Specialist in our Boca Raton, FL office that will act as a client advocate, providing remote, front line customer support. You will analyze, troubleshoot and resolve client questions and concerns in a timely manner. You will be responsible for monitoring support calls & e-mails, tracking all support requests in the CBOS platform and logging bugs in JIRA, as needed. You will maintain an in-depth understanding of CBOS software in order to provide technical support to clients.

This position is ideal for someone with 1 – 2 years of cloud software client support experience, who wants to continue his/her customer service career in an exciting role at a growing startup.
