Client Support Specialist
We are currently hiring for an Client Support Specialist in our Boca Raton, FL office that will act as a client advocate, providing remote, front line customer support. You will analyze, troubleshoot and resolve client questions and concerns in a timely manner. You will be responsible for monitoring support calls & e-mails, tracking all support requests in the CBOS platform and logging bugs in JIRA, as needed. You will maintain an in depth understanding of CBOS software in order to provide technical support to clients.
This position is ideal for someone with 1 – 2 years of cloud software client support experience, who wants to continue his/her customer service career in an exciting role at a growing startup.Apply Now >
